Sunday's Food/Exercise Journal(3/25)

Food
2:30 am - oatmeal/butter
9:30 am - fruit shake (all natural plain yogurt, over ripe banana, over ripe peach)
11:00 am - apple
3:00 pm - salad (grilled chicken/lettuce/shredded cheese)
6:00 pm - turkey/cabbage
9:45 pm - mixed nuts
