Saturday's Food/Exercise Journal(3/23)

Food
8:45 am - oatmeal/honey
12:00 pm - Chinese pear
1:30 pm - baked potato/cheese/sour cream/butter/chives/bacon bits

lesson - Always bring lunch to work because planning is important. I will start making a weekly menu and corresponding shopping list.

Man, this day was simply horrible. I feel like a hypocrite. Not only did I gorge on fats, salt and starches, i didn't cook or eat properly. I read it's better to eat something than nothing. I have to create a system such that when I'm not around healthful food choices I can still eat something low in artificial ingredients and high in nutrients.
